Upper East Side Knitters connects knitters who are as passionate about yarn as you are. The great thing about our group is that by meeting regularly you will get to know other members well. We meet on weekday evenings and occasional weekends usually in the East 50's-90's. We also have special events such as yarn swaps and holiday parties. … Our activities: Yarn swaps, group projects, exchanging tips, attending conferences together, scheduling field trips to yarn stores, bringing in guest-knitters periodically, and of course knitting together!  We will meet in the Ironbound -- and any other places folks want to go -- at cafes and/or restaurants.
