Upper East Side Knitters connects knitters who are as passionate about yarn as you are. The great thing about our group is that by meeting regularly you will get to know other members well. We meet on weekday evenings and occasional weekends usually in the East 50's-90's. We also have special events such as yarn swaps and holiday parties. In Stitches is a social group where knitters and crocheters can get to know one another and share their love of yarncrafts. Our goal is to have several meetups each month. We'll do group activities such as yarn swaps and knitalongs, but you're always welcome to do individual projects and bring whatever you're working on to our meetups.
The Brooklyn Fiber Arts Guild isa community of fiber crafters throughout the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Through paid membership, the Guild offers members access to classes and events such as stash swaps, an annual luncheon, and charity projects. The Guild also hosts an annual World Wide Knit in Public Day event to teach others about all needlecrafting.
